Clever Engineering...

With clever engineering, our design and build team has transformed the aluminum construction process. As a building material, aluminum makes a lot of sense.  It is highly sustainable with 85% recycled material used during build and 100% recyclability at end of life.  Aluminum is the go-to material for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Police and Patrol fleets for its ruggedness and consistency. Our proprietary cutting-edge ExactForm™ construction process eliminates finish concerns of yesteryear. This new process allows for streamlined construction, beautiful worry-free finish options, unmatched sustainability and excellent value retention.

Aluminum Boat Building...

As a boatbuilding material, aluminum is lightweight, puncture resistant, rust-free, low maintenance, fast to repair, easy to modify, long lasting in service, and provides great value retention. An added benefit of working with aluminum over fiberglass is the ability to modify and integrate multiple options without the restrictions of tooling. With modular-style construction, the center console can accommodate seemingly endless custom arrangement options.

Unprecedented Finish Options...

Using the ExactForm™ technique means that topside panels do not require traditional paint systems or coatings. As the plate will be CNC cut to the exact shape, it comes with a factory finish. That finish can be polished, matte, mill spec, coated, or uncoated - all unprecedented finishes. Alternatively, ExactForm™ construction requires no fairing, and the topsides can be finished in any color or graphic using vinyl wraps.

Unmatched Sustainability...

Rambler aluminum boats are manufactured with 85% recycled content, and they are 100% recyclable at end of life. Aluminum building materials can be recycled over-and-over with no loss in material or quality. Recycling aluminum takes 95% less energy than making aluminum from bauxite ore.
